May be it is harder to get rid of a few pounds due. Breastfeeding :) Sometimes the body stores some extra ;) anyway, you can do this! By eating healthy, smaller meals more often and I am 3 kg below my target before I started training .. and it has gone fast! Can I, can you recommend :) shuns after exercise, oatmeal / porridge the bay registry before and a lot of fish, clean meat, vegetables and low in processed foods for dinner, then go there almost by itself ;) ratatouille is FIBT to have both separately and for themselves , lots of vegetables and create much it is almost lunch :) and do not forget breakfast ;) will be fun to follow you :) you're good!
