Credit Card SCAM! Metro Care Marketing Services Credit Card SCAM (UPDATED) | Blasted!

My girlfriend was recently victimized by a telemarketing beachwood mall company, METRO CARE MARKETING SERVICES. Offered beachwood mall these crooks my girlfriend a discount card through her credit beachwood mall card. They highwayed THEIR way to get my girlfriend's credit card details and They immediately charged it to her account even WITHOUT HER written consent.
And around 2:20 pm on Wednesday, May 12, 2010, someone beachwood mall called me to the office I landline DEREK Dizon, a senior consultant from METRO U CARE. He was saying that I was recommended by Standard Chartered Bank (SCB) for a minimizer card. This minimizer U card can Reduce your purchases by 50% to 60%. Done along with other gift certificates worth P3000. He said that Metro Care is not affiliated with Standard Chartered Bank recommended but I still SCB. They were not affiliated to any bank but Visa and Mastercard accepted the minimizer their card. So I can use the card anywhere with Visa / Mastercard.
Since I like discounts, (who does not right?) Listened promotion Derek Dizon of METRO CARE with discounts claiming to affiliated establishments and restaurants, like in Boracay, etc. On Friday, May 14, U come minimizer package containing the card. No cash out. U and I call him to confirm that I received the package. He has given a contact number to 729 -0722. Then he said to me U approved for P5, 850 only for evaluation because maqualify I still flyable for the P16, 000.
Since dirediretso he speaks, I can not butt in.. But I'm still forced to ask if for what Yung P5, 850 of METRO CARE.
