"Water in international trade of goods" is a communication designed in two parts. The first focuses on water time service (Fabrice Riem, a lecturer at the University plaque of Pau) and the second export of water called "bulk" (Valérie Pironon professor at the University of Nantes).
What legal status the international trade law he reserves for water? Water can be regarded as a commodity, and if so under what conditions? Is there a balance in international trade law between economic, social, cultural and environmental approaches, management of water?
This communication is from the research seminar "The different legal approaches to research on natural resources" plaque of 28 May 2014 This seminar was organized by the Faculty of Law and Social Sciences of Santa Fe (Argentina) in partnership with the program Lascaux, in the framework of the cooperation agreement between the University of Nantes and the National plaque University of Littoral.
