For a long time I've asked some of our people in Ngara District's why I gombei parliamentary district. Whenever I asked so I answered that I have been MP for Ngara since I was in school so far. I have provided a few examples below:
On October 4, 1968 was published in the newspaper "The Standard" my letter to the readers had the headline "cigarettes - A PART OF TANZANI?" When I asked if Ngara is part of Tanzania. In the letter I explained that being forgotten but Ngara District development and that the amount of head tax (Shs. 56 / = each adult per year) was higher than other districts of Tanzania. In addition, I mentioned my disappointment that several national leaders were visited districts Bukoba, Karagwe and Ngara Biharamulo would arrive.
In January, 1969, I wrote another letter to the same newspaper. The letter was published on January 31, 1969 under the headline 'CRY FROM ANOTHER NGARA "that is another cry from Ngara. In the letter 'I joined hand' for the first letter insisting Ngara District abandoned by government and politicians, with people hurt by the very large amount of tax would see the progress generated lily flower by this tax. Stated that few hospitals offer pre then had the poor service due to lack of adequate facilities and lice. I do not boast about my personal contribution to the Ngara District, but it is obvious to all who know me that I have invested in this district than any other site. For 20 years and more I've nawekeza district not less than Shs 20 million each year so as to improve our district's economy and provide jobs for its people baadi.
Although I left the public lily flower service due to the aggressive and discriminatory practices of some government officials in the last installment, I continue to give my contribution in building this nation. Many, you have read my articles in the newspaper a good citizen in July, 2010. In that article I explained in detail the different ways that the government could use to reduce spending in order to improve the welfare of its employees and also increase the development budget.
However, after the experience I gained in the politics of the University of Dar es Salaam (Mount) when I ran for president of the student government, lily flower I was nervous to share political competition. This does not mean that I share the politics of this country. For example I have collaborated behind the scenes and politicians of the group known as G.55 lililoshinikiza (without success) of the government of Tanganyika. In addition I participated so behind the scenes on a strategy of reforming yaliyolazimisha amendment to the Constitution of this country and allow multi-party system.
In 1976 I joined the College as a TANU party Kivukoni given E 735 352 card. For that I was the founder of Chama cha Mapinduzi (CCM) after reunification TANU and ASP in 1977. The card continued to serve as the CCM after being Ref. With. B 321 241.
On July 21, 2010 I came here not because Ngara District of rest or monitor the process of selection lily flower of candidates for the legislative council lily flower and CCM. Was brought to my love for Father Marcel Bashaka who had been admitted to hospital lily flower and eventually died and was buried yesterday Rulenge on August 3, 2010. However, I was here I could not help track Ngara zilivyokwenda campaign. In doing so I saw the debris of all kinds in the process of CCM members want the opportunity nomination. Debris includes bribes to officials and fellow members within CCM. Who can contest more bribing were sometimes yanachefua! I have seen nightmare of ethnicity likirejea and used transparently terrible. It's no secret that the current Ngara District is divided into two pieces and it will take time and attention to high standards for the people of Ngara turn feel like family instead of being Washubi or Wahangaza.
